压缩力测试

测量人工晶状体（IOL）在压缩至处方直径时襻产生的力值，评估其弹性模量、屈服强度等参数，确保植入过程的可操作性与眼内稳定性。

Core Functions and Testing Principles:

Compression force test

Measure the force generated by the haptic of an artificial intraocular lens (IOL) when compressed to the prescription diameter, evaluate its elastic modulus, yield strength, and other parameters to ensure the operability and intraocular stability of the implantation process.

Compression force attenuation test

Measure the residual pressure of an artificial intraocular lens within a prescribed diameter in a standard state within a specified time.

Environmental simulation system

Soak in a constant temperature water bath (35 ± 0.1 ℃) for 24 hours ± 60 minutes to simulate intraocular temperature and aqueous environment.

标准化测试流程:

试样预处理

35℃水浴浸泡24小时→取出后20±5分钟内复测压缩力。

Standardized Testing Process:

Sample pretreatment

IOL is equilibrated in an environment of 23 ± 2 ℃ and 50% ± 5% RH for 24 hours to eliminate prestress.

Initial measurement of compressive force

Fix on the cylindrical hole seat → adjust to the prescription diameter → stabilize for 10-30 seconds and then read the compression force.

Environmental simulation and retesting

Soak in a 35 ℃ water bath for 24 hours → retest the compression force within 20 ± 5 minutes after removal.

Dynamic fatigue testing

Set loading frequency, number of cycles) → Record peak force attenuation trend.

校准要求：每日用标准砝码校验力传感器（误差≤±1%），定期维护位移系统；

数据有效性：仅采纳非装夹区失效数据，浸泡后超时未测需重试；

夹具适配：匹配不同襻型（如三襻/四襻），避免接触角偏差影响精度。

Key Operating Specifications:

Calibration requirements: Use standard weights to calibrate the force sensor daily (error ≤ ± 1%), and regularly maintain the displacement system;

Data validity: Only non clamping area failure data is adopted. If it exceeds the time limit after soaking and is not tested, it needs to be retried;

Fixture adaptation: Match different loop types (such as three loop/four loop) to avoid contact angle deviation affecting accuracy.
